As far as I know, once you use cheats in a game, it will not record the achievements. So, if you use the 'i r winner' cheat, you won't get any achievements associated with that particular mission. But, don't worry, it's not a permanent lock. If you restart the mission and don't use cheats for the entire game, you will get the achievements.
